Terms of Service

By booking services with Hay Sleep, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing a package.

Services

Hay Sleep provides educational sleep consulting for infants and toddlers, including consultations, written recommendations, and the support period described in your chosen package. Support periods begin on the date of your consultation unless otherwise agreed.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Packages are non-transferable. Because services include preparation and personalized plan creation, fees are non-refundable once the intake review or consultation has begun.

Scheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited. Support periods are not extended for unused days.

Results

Every child is different. Recommendations are individualized, but no specific outcome or timeline can be guaranteed. Implementation and consistency are the family's responsibility.

Scope of practice

Hay Sleep does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Recommendations are educational and do not replace guidance from your pediatrician, IBCLC, or other healthcare provider.

Materials

Sleep plans, documents, and other materials are for your family's personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.
