The process
How It Works
No mystery, no rigid method waiting for you at the end. Here's what working together actually looks like.
01
Tell me everything.
Once you book, you'll complete a detailed intake form so I can get to know your child and your family before we meet. We'll look at sleep patterns, schedules, routines, feeding, your sleep environment, what you've already tried, and—most importantly—what you'd like to change.
02
Let's talk it through.
During our consultation, we'll dig into what's happening and why. This is your chance to ask questions, talk through your concerns, and tell me what you are—and aren't—comfortable with. There's no predetermined method waiting for you on the other side of the call.
03
I'll build your plan.
I'll create clear, actionable recommendations based on your child's age, sleep needs, temperament, current habits, and your family's goals. Depending on your package, this may include recommendations for schedules, naps, bedtime, night wakings, sleep associations, feeding, and settling strategies. You'll know what to do, why we're doing it, and what to expect along the way.
04
I'm in your corner.
Sleep rarely changes in a perfectly straight line. Questions come up. Babies surprise us. Toddlers definitely surprise us. Depending on your package, we'll stay in touch so you can ask questions, share what you're seeing, and adjust the plan as your child responds.
What you won't get
- A copy-and-paste plan built for someone else's baby.
- Pressure to use a method you're not comfortable with.
- Judgment about how your family has been getting through the night.
- Advice that ignores feeding, temperament, or real life.
Okay, let's
figure out sleep.
Whether you have one nap that's driving you absolutely nuts or sleep has completely taken over your household, we'll start with what's happening right now — and figure out what makes sense from there.
